Driving external client growth strategies, the full-time remote Vice President of Growth Execution will manage the execution of the organization's growth initiatives across payer, employer, and state government markets, ensuring disciplined and measurable outcomes aligned with long-term plans.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive the external growth operating cadence, integrating pipeline, demand generation, and performance tracking across all markets
  • Establish and reinforce execution discipline, ensuring alignment between go-to-market strategies and growth execution
  • Serve as a central coordination point across internal stakeholders to exceed external client growth targets and retention objectives
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within a similar industry
  • 5+ years in leadership roles, building and leading high-performing sales organizations
  • Experience implementing scalable sales methodologies and operational cadences
  • Proven track record of translating corporate strategy into actionable growth plans
  • Experience leveraging data to drive decision-making and performance management
