Vice President of Growth Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Global Growth Marketing to lead demand generation and revenue growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the global growth and demand marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
• Lead integrated, data-driven campaigns that scale awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels
• Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and influence organizational outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in growth or demand generation in a SaaS environment
• Proven record of building and leading high-performing marketing organizations
• Demonstrated experience in driving marketing and sales alignment and pipeline acceleration
• Deep expertise in campaign management, ABM, marketing operations, and digital channels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
