Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of the global demand generation engine, the full-time remote Vice President of Growth Marketing will manage pipeline generation, drive digital demand, and oversee a multi-disciplinary team focused on enhancing the company's market presence and measurable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global marketing pipeline generation strategy across various channels, aligning with sales leadership to accelerate deal velocity
- Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team, establishing performance frameworks and fostering a culture of experimentation
- Drive the company's digital demand engine and enhance the website's performance as a demand capture and conversion platform
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in growth or demand generation roles within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven track record in designing and executing demand generation strategies for complex enterprise sales cycles
- Expertise in modern digital demand generation channels, including paid search, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Deep understanding of marketing operations and familiarity with marketing technology stacks such as Salesforce and Hubspot
- Strong analytical mindset with experience implementing measurement frameworks for marketing impact
