Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Vice President of Growth Marketing, this full-time remote position will manage the company's growth marketing strategy, overseeing acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing while driving performance across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall growth marketing strategy, focusing on patient acquisition, retention, and efficiency targets
• Lead multi-channel growth efforts, optimizing performance across digital platforms and managing agency relationships
• Build and scale a high-performing growth marketing team in a fully remote environment while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing significant marketing budgets
• Proven track record of scaling multi-million dollar growth programs in telehealth or regulated industries
• Deep expertise in paid media platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience building and leading remote teams and managing hybrid operating models
• Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and funnel optimization
