Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and data-driven Vice President of Growth Marketing, the full-time remote position will manage the company's growth marketing strategy, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing while overseeing a hybrid operating model and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall growth marketing strategy and performance across all channels, ensuring accountability for patient growth and efficiency targets
- Lead multi-channel growth efforts and continuous optimization across the full patient funnel, including digital acquisition and retention strategies
- Build and scale a high-performing growth marketing organization while managing agency relationships and establishing clear performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing significant marketing budgets
- Proven success in scaling multi-million dollar growth programs, particularly in telehealth or regulated industries
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience building and leading high-performing remote teams and managing hybrid operating models
- Strong analytical background with experience in attribution modeling and funnel optimization
