Job Summary
To drive innovative growth strategies, the full-time remote Vice President of Growth Marketing will design and manage an AI-native performance system for customer acquisition, overseeing both clinical care and e-commerce product lines while ensuring effective budget management and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies across all paid channels, from awareness-building to conversion-focused efforts
- Manage the paid acquisition strategy and budget across performance channels, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance metrics
- Build and oversee an external network of paid media specialists and performance agencies to enhance team capacity and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-native acquisition systems
- Fluency in full-funnel media strategies and dual acquisition models, particularly in healthcare and e-commerce
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets across diverse channels and optimize for both awareness and conversion
- Experience in DTC health or subscription consumer markets with a focus on creative performance
- Strong executive communication skills, capable of presenting strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders and investors
