Job Summary

Owning the strategic alignment and execution of go-to-market events and programs, the full-time remote Vice President of Growth Programs will lead cross-functional teams to activate growth strategies across the client journey, ensuring coordinated efforts from prospect engagement to client retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional orchestration for all growth programs and events, ensuring alignment with the overall go-to-market strategy
  • Oversee the planning and execution of Lumination, the flagship client conference, managing all aspects from strategy to production and budget
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing events team, fostering collaboration and accountability across functions
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years managing integrated marketing or events functions
  • Proven track record of owning a large-scale B2B event, including strategy, P&L, and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to hold complex plans together and manage accountability without direct authority
  • Experience in building integrated demand programs from inception, rather than optimizing existing ones
  • Fluency in funnel metrics and performance reporting, with a background in financial services or fintech preferred
