Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, GTM Operations to serve as the CRO's senior operating partner and architect of the revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and evolve the revenue operating model and global go-to-market framework
  • Lead sales planning, quota-setting methodologies, and incentive design in partnership with the CRO and Finance
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across Revenue, Finance, Product, People Ops, Marketing, and BizOps
Required Qualifications
  • 12-15+ years in revenue strategy, sales operations, GTM, or management consulting, with VP/SVP-level experience
  • Background in ad tech, media, SaaS, or complex B2B platforms
  • Proven success in designing and scaling revenue operating models
  • Experience partnering closely with RevOps/SalesOps teams
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
