Job Summary

Leading the go-to-market operations function, the full-time Vice President of GTM Operations will enhance effectiveness, manage a multidisciplinary team, and oversee analytics, business automation, and sales compensation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the GTM Operations team, setting strategy and priorities while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership
  • Develop and own analytics and forecasting processes to improve decision-making and identify revenue opportunities
  • Direct sales compensation, quota, and territory planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives and governance standards
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue, or Business Operations with a focus on senior leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ, with experience in evaluating AI capabilities within the GTM technology stack
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a history of managing forecasting and planning processes
  • Experience leading large-scale systems and transformation initiatives, particularly in automation and AI adoption
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
