Vice President of GTM Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical Vice President of GTM Operations, the full-time role based in Chicago will manage the RevOps team, oversee technology and processes for go-to-market operations, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support aggressive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the RevOps team while designing scalable GTM processes and ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Pioneer the integration of AI tools within the revenue organization and manage the GTM tech stack for optimal performance
• Develop predictive revenue models and actionable insights, maintaining data integrity and overseeing executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
• Proven success in leading a company through significant growth phases
• Expertise in territory modeling, commission plan design, and complex data architecture across CRM and BI platforms
• Demonstrated experience with modern AI tools in a sales or GTM context
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across various departments
