Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Guest Experience & Venue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of guest experience, including front-of-house operations, retail, and food & beverage services
• Lead operational teams to establish service standards and drive revenue growth through innovative guest engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in guest experience, hospitality, live entertainment, or retail/F&B operations
• Proven track record in managing large-scale guest-facing operations
• Expertise in hospitality and audience engagement
• Strong leadership and strategic vision capabilities
