Vice President of Health Economics
Job Summary
To enhance value-based care delivery, the full-time remote Vice President of Health Economics will build and lead the health economics function, translating clinical and claims data into actionable insights that inform clinical strategy and operational priorities for over 600 employer clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the health economics capability, establishing methodologies and analytics for value-based care delivery
- Develop and refine ROI methodologies and value measurement frameworks to support clinical strategy and client relationships
- Analyze clinical and claims data to identify high-value cohorts and opportunities for improving outcomes while reducing healthcare spend
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience in health economics or related areas
- Experience in employer-sponsored healthcare, population health, or risk-based care models
- Proven ability to build new capabilities in complex healthcare environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights to executive and client audiences
- Experience collaborating across clinical, financial, and analytics teams
