Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships

Job Summary

To drive sustainable revenue growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships will develop, pursue, and close new health plan contracts while leveraging expertise in the health plan market and value-based care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of data analysts, setting expectations and providing feedback
• Lead the migration from Mode to QuickSight, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting across teams
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on data definitions and translate business questions into actionable reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and review queries and validate report logic
• Proven experience leading a BI migration or platform transition
• Experience managing analysts and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated data environments is a plus
