Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Health Plan Sales to lead go-to-market efforts with health plans and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the sales strategy and execution for health plans and TPAs
  • Develop and close high-impact reseller and embedded partnership deals
  • Manage complex sales cycles with cross-functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or partnership experience in digital health or health plan/TPA settings
  • Proven track record of scaling growth and revenue from early-stage to $100M+ ARR
  • Experience selling into health plans and/or TPAs with a deep understanding of payer business models
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex partnerships
