Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in health plan partnerships with leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record of meeting partnership and revenue targets in complex sales environments
• Strong experience in designing and operationalizing structured pursuit plans
• Deep understanding of benefit solutions and payer dynamics in the healthcare landscape
• Ability to leverage existing networks to generate and sustain pipeline momentum
