Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or business strategy; 5+ years in an executive role
• Deep understanding of healthcare delivery and technology-enabled care models
• Proven success in leading Sales and Business Operations in high-growth environments
• Strong grasp of healthcare economics and value-based payment structures
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent preferred
