Vice President of Hospice Operations

Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for hospice services, the full-time Vice President of Hospice Operations will build and enhance scalable operating models, ensure alignment across centralized functions, and leverage technology to improve patient and clinician experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and continuously improve operating models to support hospice performance across markets
• Develop strong relationships with market leaders to align centralized capabilities with performance outcomes
• Champion technology and data utilization to modernize operations and improve efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, with hospice experience preferred
• Experience in multi-site operations with a strong focus on field partnerships
• Proven success in influencing outcomes in a matrixed organization without direct P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems and EMR implementation
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics for operational improvements
