Job Summary
To drive enterprise execution and enhance client relationships, the full-time remote Vice President of Hospital Partnerships will manage engagement strategies, operational frameworks, and performance tracking for National Health System partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise engagement strategies and establish operational rhythms to support long-term client revenue growth
- Develop and oversee execution of strategic partnership agreements and performance tracking activities, addressing operational barriers proactively
- Sponsor Voice of the Customer programs and direct the development of executive engagement initiatives and client-facing infrastructure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or hospital partnerships
- Master's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience leading National Health System partnerships or large enterprise healthcare accounts
- Familiarity with Voice of the Customer programs and client differentiation initiatives
