Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and strategic growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Hotel Operations will oversee hotel openings and transitions, mentor General Managers, and serve as the primary liaison between hotel leadership and ownership groups.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the successful opening, rebranding, or transition of hotels to ensure brand representation and operational excellence
- Mentor and coach General Managers, providing performance feedback and career development planning
- Collaborate with various departments to effectively manage P&L and ensure accountability for property performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of operations leadership experience in hotels and/or resorts, particularly in the luxury market
- Minimum of 5 years as a Full-Service General Manager with a proven track record
- Experience in managing multiple units and building strong owner relationships
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
