Job Summary
Partnering with operational leaders, the full-time Vice President of HR Strategic Partner will develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals while promoting a high-performing workplace culture in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to support the mission and values of the organization
- Facilitate a collaborative workplace culture by acting as a strategic leader and consultant on community dynamics
- Align ministry-wide initiatives with regional priorities and operational needs through effective partnership with HR functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Five years of progressively responsible management experience in human resources, with three years as a Human Resources executive
- Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, and labor relations
- Strong managerial and administrative skills with a commitment to the values of the Catholic health care ministry
- Preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development
