Job Summary

Partnering with operational leaders, the full-time Vice President of HR Strategic Partner will develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals while promoting a high-performing workplace culture in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to support the mission and values of the organization
  • Facilitate a collaborative workplace culture by acting as a strategic leader and consultant on community dynamics
  • Align ministry-wide initiatives with regional priorities and operational needs through effective partnership with HR functions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Five years of progressively responsible management experience in human resources, with three years as a Human Resources executive
  • Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, and labor relations
  • Strong managerial and administrative skills with a commitment to the values of the Catholic health care ministry
  • Preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development
