Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Vice President of HR, the full-time remote role will manage strategic HR leadership, talent management, and employee relations for the global Business AI, Technology, and Product organization, partnering closely with executive leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and business transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Align people strategies with business objectives and serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design and workforce planning
- Develop and execute talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing technology and product talent
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment while handling complex employee relations matters
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP leadership in technology or digital organizations
- Experience influencing senior technology executives in large-scale, global organizations
- Proven success in leading organizations through growth and transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in a global context
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
