Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for HR operations and service delivery
• Oversee HR technology, including Workday and ServiceNow, to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while partnering with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership responsibility
• 7 years of management experience in a multi-state, regulated environment
• Proven expertise with HRIS platforms and HR service delivery tools
• Experience in a unionized workforce environment
