Job Summary
Aligning business goals with employee needs, the full-time remote Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner will manage key HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance while consulting with management across all levels.
Key responsibilities
- Act as HRBP supporting key HR functions such as employee relations and talent management
- Consult and partner with management on people initiatives and recommend policies regarding employee relations and retention
- Analyze trends to develop solutions and oversee policy administration in compliance with legal guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business with an HR emphasis or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role or equivalent
- SHRM certification preferred (SPHR)
- Strong knowledge of HRBP functions, personnel policies, and employment laws
- Experience partnering with a HR Center of Excellence to drive HR initiatives
