Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people strategy and organizational health
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and improve HR policies and systems
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience in a private equity-backed portfolio company or high-growth technology environment
• Proven experience in building HR infrastructure in scaling organizations (75-300 employees)
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR operations
• Experience managing employee relations and supporting executive leadership
