Job Summary

Vice President of Human Resources is a full-time remote position responsible for leading HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and overseeing talent acquisition and performance management during a period of organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop the HR team while managing departmental budgets and performance metrics
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters and advise management on performance issues
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and manage HR operations to ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a director-level or VP role
  • Prior experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building HR infrastructure in high-change environments
  • Deep knowledge of employment law and compensation practices
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred
