Job Summary
Vice President of Human Resources is a full-time remote position responsible for leading HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and overseeing talent acquisition and performance management during a period of organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop the HR team while managing departmental budgets and performance metrics
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters and advise management on performance issues
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and manage HR operations to ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a director-level or VP role
- Prior experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in building HR infrastructure in high-change environments
- Deep knowledge of employment law and compensation practices
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred
