Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Vice President of Human Resources will architect and execute the People strategy across a multi-state workforce, leading a team of over 15 professionals while overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance in a remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Oversee employee relations and HR business partner functions
- Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Experience as a strategic HR partner to C-Suite and senior executives
- Proven track record managing HR in a multi-state, distributed workforce
- Hands-on HRIS management experience, preferably with Paycom
- Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law and HR compliance
