Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Vice President of Human Resources will architect and execute the People strategy across a multi-state workforce, leading a team of over 15 professionals while overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance in a remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Oversee employee relations and HR business partner functions
  • Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Experience as a strategic HR partner to C-Suite and senior executives
  • Proven track record managing HR in a multi-state, distributed workforce
  • Hands-on HRIS management experience, preferably with Paycom
  • Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law and HR compliance
