Job Summary

Providing senior leadership in HR operations, the full-time Vice President of Human Resources will manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance while fostering a high-engagement environment remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR department functions including payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• Develop and implement strategic talent management goals and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain a data-driven employee retention framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least five years of human resource management experience
• Experience leading HR for a multi-state organization
• Thorough knowledge of federal and multi-state employment-related laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HRIS and third-party payroll systems
