Vice President of Human Resources

Job Summary

To support a dynamic and rapidly evolving GTM organization, the full-time Vice President of Human Resources will architect talent and organizational strategies, lead a globally distributed HRBP team, and partner closely with executive leadership to drive workforce effectiveness in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scale a world-class commercial workforce across diverse market segments, including enterprise and public sector
• Design organizational structures that align with strategic business goals and future direction
• Develop AI-native talent strategies to enhance collaboration between commercial teams and intelligent agents

Required qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as a strategic HRBP in global sales or commercial organizations
• Deep understanding of GTM operating models, including sales motions and customer success
• Proven leadership of HR teams across multiple regions, with experience in the Americas, EMEA, and APJ
• Track record of effective organizational design and large-scale restructuring initiatives
• Experience guiding organizations through technology-driven transformations, particularly involving AI
