Vice President of Hybrid Cloud

Job Summary

To drive growth and enhance market positioning, the full-time salaried Vice President of Hybrid Cloud will manage the delivery quality and financial contributions of hybrid infrastructure and cloud modernization services, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and multi-cloud solutions across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the practice-level contribution to consulting services growth, profitability, and operational performance
• Define and operationalize scalable service offerings and establish go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while driving customer success and long-term account expansion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, cloud transformation, or hybrid cloud services leadership
• Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Demonstrated success in building consulting practices and developing infrastructure service offerings
• Strong understanding of consulting delivery models and infrastructure operations
