Vice President of ICHRA Strategy
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of product and customer experience initiatives, the full-time remote Vice President of ICHRA Strategy will develop scalable solutions, drive digital innovation, and enhance operational capabilities to support business growth and optimize stakeholder experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ICHRA product strategy and capability development across various stakeholder experiences
- Translate market insights into scalable products and operational solutions that enhance customer experience and support growth
- Collaborate with technology and operations leaders to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or customer experience
- Experience in strategic management is required
- Residential PHCE service and replacement experience is required
- Equivalent experience reflecting the necessary skills and knowledge for the position may be considered
