Vice President of IDD Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in IDD through performance management and continuous improvement
• Participate in strategic planning and collaborate on division policies and procedures
• Manage the financial close/budgeting process for the IDD division, ensuring accountability from operational leaders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities industry
• Strong background in financial management, including budgeting and P&L oversight
• Knowledge of licensing and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience in strategic planning and program development
• Ability to manage and supervise senior leadership within the division
