Vice President of IDD Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in IDD through performance management and continuous improvement
• Participate in strategic planning and collaborate on policy and procedure development for the division
• Manage the financial close and budgeting process for the IDD division, ensuring accountability from operational leaders

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in the IDD field
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and P&L oversight
• Track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Ability to manage and supervise senior executives and operational teams
