Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial processes, including budgeting and P&L for the IDD division, while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities sector
• Strong background in financial management and operational oversight
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in the IDD industry
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and performance standards
• Experience in managing senior-level executives and fostering team accountability
