Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in IDD through performance management and continuous improvement
• Participate in strategic planning and collaborate on the development of division policies and procedures
• Manage financial processes, including budgeting and P&L for the IDD division

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and financial operations
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and policy development
• Ability to lead and supervise senior management teams effectively
