Leading a large-scale engineering organization, the remote Vice President of Identity Engineering will own the strategic roadmap for identity resolution and data activation, overseeing a team of 50+ engineers while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the strategic roadmap for the Identity & Data Layer, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and reliability
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving the evolution of identity resolution and cross-channel identity capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity services and establish the data layer as the context engine for AI-native applications
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of engineering leadership experience, particularly in identity or data platforms
- Deep expertise in identity resolution, identity graphs, and data enrichment from a top competitor or parallel industry
- Experience with data engineering design patterns and technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, and Spark
- Proven track record of managing large organizations, including senior engineering managers
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards like GDPR and CCPA
