Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, IME Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all IME operations, including referral management, provider relations, and quality assurance
• Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and service quality
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional operations team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on IME or similar services
• Proven track record in operational excellence and process improvement
• Experience in staff leadership and team development
• Compliance knowledge related to medical reviews and data privacy regulations
