Vice President of Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise software implementation delivery strategy and evolve operating models
• Maintain high implementation quality and act as the escalation point for complex client engagements
• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers while optimizing operational performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations
• Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-team delivery organizations
• Strong background in ERP implementations, with Sage and/or Acumatica preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing utilization, margins, and operational performance
• Ability to operate credibly at both executive and delivery-detail levels
