Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Implementation & Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the implementation vision, strategy, and operating model for customer onboarding
• Oversee the transition from Sales to Implementation, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Build and mentor high-performing implementation and onboarding teams while driving cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of leadership experience in SaaS operations, implementations, or customer delivery
• Proven ability to scale operational teams in high-growth environments
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing cross-functional leadership
• Data-driven operator with expertise in KPIs and performance management
• Experience in SaaS or technology platforms is strongly preferred
