Vice President of Industrial Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Industrial Engineering to define and scale the systems that power their compounding and pharmacy fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Industrial Engineering strategy across compounding, pharmacy, and fulfillment operations
• Lead facility design, capital investment planning, and network expansion efforts
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and Board of Pharmacy requirements while driving operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations engineering within regulated environments
• Proven leadership experience across multi-site operations and building engineering functions
• Deep expertise in cGMP, FDA regulations, and Board of Pharmacy requirements
• Experience in cleanroom environments and regulated manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
