Vice President of Information Security

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Vice President of Information Security, this full-time remote position will build, scale, and modernize the enterprise security program while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with various departments to enhance security capabilities through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise information security roadmap and manage key security vendors
• Develop governance frameworks for internal AI tools and monitor emerging AI threats
• Lead incident response planning and maintain compliance across relevant security frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, and HIPAA
• Proven experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance security operations
• Experience managing and optimizing vendor relationships across security technologies
