Job Summary
Driving digital transformation and modernizing technology systems, the full-time Vice President of Information Technology will set and execute the enterprise IT strategy, ensuring operational excellence and cybersecurity while collaborating with executive leadership and managing a high-performing IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives and growth agenda
- Oversee IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure reliability and security
- Establish cybersecurity policies and data governance frameworks to protect organizational systems and data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role
- Deep expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise architecture
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle platforms
- M&A experience including due diligence, integration, and synergy realization
