Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Infrastructure and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the mission and vision for the Infrastructure and Operations organization to promote a business-oriented culture
• Lead the development and integration of the Infrastructure and Operations strategy with overall IT and enterprise plans
• Provide strategic direction for IT systems design, development, operation, and support to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of prior work-related experience in IT operations and infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organization design
• Proven capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex environments
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to develop a strategic people plan
