Vice President of Infrastructure Services

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operations for enterprise infrastructure, the full-time remote Vice President of Infrastructure Services will manage teams focused on production infrastructure, telephony, end-user technology, and project management, driving metrics-driven service management and the migration to secure hybrid/cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy, aligning it with business goals and overseeing the migration to hybrid/cloud platforms
• Oversee the design and operation of core infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and reliability while managing end-user technology services
• Drive operational transformation through proactive service management, automation, and the establishment of service levels and KPIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in IT infrastructure and service operations
• Demonstrated success in driving operational transformation and service maturity
• Strong knowledge of hybrid/cloud platforms and ITSM practices
• Experience with large-scale telephony infrastructure in a call center environment preferred
