Job Summary
Leading the company's insurance strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Insurance will guide analytics, financial performance, and innovation while managing a high-performing team and collaborating with executive leadership on underwriting and risk management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the enterprise insurance and underwriting strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop the global insurance and risk financing strategy in line with operational realities and growth plans
- Drive innovation initiatives, including process optimization and system enhancements, while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 12-15+ years of progressive experience in payroll, HR operations, or related fields with senior leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale environments and managing cross-functional teams
- Deep expertise in insurance and underwriting operations and compliance
- Proven executive leadership and change management skills
