Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in insurance with knowledge of policy administration, billing, claims, and distribution
• Experience in leading large-scale core insurance platform transformations
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments
• Track record of improving business requirements processes in transformation programs
• Experience in defining state expansion strategy and managing regulatory readiness
