Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Integrations responsible for overseeing the integration of acquired companies and systems into the enterprise operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the enterprise integration strategy for mergers and acquisitions
  • Oversee the integration of technology platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the integration of acquired employees and organizational structures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in integrations or enterprise program leadership
  • Proven experience in leading post-acquisition integrations in large organizations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems and technology integration
  • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in healthcare or related services
