Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Integrations responsible for overseeing the integration of acquired companies and systems into the enterprise operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise integration strategy for mergers and acquisitions
- Oversee the integration of technology platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead the integration of acquired employees and organizational structures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of leadership experience in integrations or enterprise program leadership
- Proven experience in leading post-acquisition integrations in large organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and technology integration
- Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in healthcare or related services
