Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 25+ years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are required
• Deep understanding of financial reporting requirements such as GAAP and IFRS
• Extensive experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance
