Vice President of Interoperability
Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Vice President of Interoperability will oversee enterprise interoperability capabilities, ensuring secure and seamless healthcare data exchange across various stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise interoperability strategy and operating model to facilitate healthcare data exchange
- Oversee solutions for secure and timely data exchange between members, providers, and health plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state interoperability requirements and translate regulatory changes into actionable plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, information technology, informatics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare interoperability or managed care operations
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise interoperability strategy within a payer or managed care environment
- Strong knowledge of interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, and applicable CMS regulations
- Experience with core managed care workflows such as claims and clinical data exchange
