Vice President of Investing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Investing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team to shape and price complex custom IT solutions for mid to large-sized corporations
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that meet client needs
• Prepare financial pricing models and investment memoranda for review by executive leadership and the Board of Directors

Required Qualifications

• Deep underwriting experience with a strong understanding of P&L and return metrics
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate development; MBA preferred
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team culture and successful outcomes
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
