Vice President of Investments

Job Summary

Co-leading investment strategy and execution, the full-time salaried Vice President of Investments will manage a $400M+ portfolio, develop innovative investment products, and oversee a high-performing Investments team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize investment strategies and portfolios across real estate equity, credit, and hybrid products
• Build high-quality sourcing channels and oversee underwriting and investment committee processes
• Recruit, mentor, and scale the Investments team while implementing best practices and systems for efficiency

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of real estate investment experience with exposure to equity and credit strategies
• Proven track record in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio construction at scale
• Experience at an institutional real estate firm, private equity fund, or similar organization
• Strong leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing investment teams
• Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
